You will receive an acknowledgement by email within one week. If anything is missing from a manuscript submission, the editor will tell you exactly what.
A first decision on a manuscript follows within four weeks of a complete submission. Suggested research questions are reviewed as they arrive; if yours is added to the bank you will be told, and it will be credited to you.
If you have not heard anything after two weeks, write to the editors — it means something went astray, not that your work was rejected.
